objetivo de este comentario es revisar el alcance de las afirmaciones con=
tenidas en tales consideraciones=2C en especial en relaci=C3=B3n con los c=
ontratos at=C3=ADpicos=2C y establecer si ellas guardan coherencia con ant=
eriores pronunciamientos jurisprudenciales de la misma Corte. El autor sos=

lemnidad. De la misma forma=2C aclar=C3=B3 que el hecho que las reparacion=
es de los defectos del inmueble hubieren sido pagadas por un tercero=2C no=
altera el hecho que hubo un da=C3=B1o patrimonial causado por el incumpli=

lantean algunas reflexiones sobre la Ley 2102 de 2021 sobre reducci=C3=B3n=
de la jornada laboral semanal=2C la cual modifica el art=C3=ADculo 161 de=
l C=C3=B3digo Sustantivo del Trabajo en Colombia=2C instituyendo la dismin=
uci=C3=B3n gradual de la jornada semanal hasta llegar a 42 horas=2C sin di=
sminuir el valor de la hora ordinaria de trabajo. No pueden alterarse el s=
