=B3n de la Ley Habeas Data

Teniendo en cuenta el gran inter=C3=A9s de la ciudadan=C3=ADa frente a la=
sanci=C3=B3n presidencial de la nueva ley conocida como =E2=80=9CBorr=C3=
=B3n y Cuenta Nueva=E2=80=9D=2C hemos decidido por un beneficio com=C3=BAn=
para nuestros clientes y consumidores=2C dar inicio desde el d=C3=ADa de=
hoy el plan de implementaci=C3=B3n de la Ley 2157 de 2021=2C mediante la=
cual se modifica el r=C3=A9gimen de Habeas Data.
Por lo tanto=2C a continuaci=C3=B3n les detallamos los tiempos de no dispo=
nibilidad estimados de los servicios impactados=2C los cuales podr=C3=ADan=
variar cuando se est=C3=A9n aplicando los ajustes mencionados.
* A partir de las 10:00 p.m. del s=C3=A1bado 30 de octubre=2C hasta las 5:=
00 a.m. del d=C3=ADa domingo 31 de octubre=2C todos los servicios (canales=
Web=2C WS y Batch) de TransUnion=2C incluyendo aquellos que en ese moment=
o est=C3=A9n en ejecuci=C3=B3n=2C no estar=C3=A1n disponibles para el cons=
umo de nuestros clientes.
* A las 5:00 a.m. del d=C3=ADa domingo 31 de octubre se habilitar=C3=A1 el=
acceso a los Servicios en l=C3=ADnea de Consulta (canales Web y WS).
* A las 5:00 a.m. del martes 2 de noviembre=2C se reiniciar=C3=A1n los sig=
uientes procesos:
+ Procesamiento de las Soluciones Batch
+ Reporte de informaci=C3=B3n a TransUnion por parte de las entidades
+ Actualizaciones de informaci=C3=B3n en las bases de datos de TransUnion
Una vez los servicios sean reestablecidos=2C su entidad podr=C3=A1 retomar=
el uso de los servicios de la misma manera como los ven=C3=ADa consumiend=
o=2C sin que sea necesario hacer ning=C3=BAn cambio en los usuarios o en s=
u conexi=C3=B3n a nuestros servicios.
