<H2>Software License Agreement</H2>

This is a legal agreement between you and Morevil Software.
You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before
using this software.

Morevil Web Chat, hereinafter referred to as "the software," is not free software.
Morevil Software grants to you a temporary license to use the software
for evaluation purposes without charge, for a period of no more than 30 days.
If you continue to use the software after the 30-day evaluation period,
then payment of the registration fee is required.
<P>
Once the registration fee has been paid, Morevil Software grants to you
a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to use the software.
<P>
Licensing scope:
each purchased licence, is for a single internet/intranet site.
You are permitted to use the software on many pages within the one web site.
<P>
Under no circumstances are you permitted to further copy, loan, rent,
or redistribute the software or portions thereof.
<P>
You may not modify, decompile, disassemble, decrypt, extract, or otherwise
reverse engineer the software at any time or under any circumstances.
<P>
The software is owned by Morevil Software and is protected by
international copyright laws.
<P>
All rights not expressly granted in this license agreement are reserved
entirely to Morevil Software.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. THE SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE
PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND IS EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
YOU USE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
MOREVIL SOFTWARE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING,
BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF PERFORMANCE, MERCHANTABILITY,
FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
