servicio diseñado de asesoría jurídica diseñado para grandes
empresas públicas o privadas. Sus principales características
son las siguientes: </P>

height=89>El <B>Plan corporativo </B>cubre al suscriptor del
contrato y a sus beneficiarios. El contratante podrá designar
<B>una cantidad ilimitada de beneficiarios</B> a su entera voluntad.

El contratante y sus beneficiarios gozarán de todos los servicios
durante la vigencia mínima.</TD>

<P>Defensa jurídica </P>
</DIV></TD>
<TD class=texto width=372><B>A partir de la firma del contrato</B>
SERVIASJUDINET se compromete a prestar defensa y asesoría legal
en los casos en que el contratante y/o sus beneficiarios, se involucren
en situaciones Jurídicas, en lo Penal Ordinario y Penal Militar,
en Derecho Civil, Contencioso Administrativo, Comercial, Laboral
y de Familia, <B>por hechos ocurridos antes y dentro de la vigencia
del contrato</B>. SERVIASJUDINET designará a un Abogado titulado,
para su defensa y asesoría en todo el territorio nacional. </TD>

<P align=center>Procesos simultáneos </P></TD>
<TD class=texto width=372>El<B> Plan corporativo</B> cubre únicamente
la defensa y asesoría hasta un total de <B>doce (12) procesos</B>
o trabajos prejurídicos vigentes al mismo tiempo, sumados entre
el contratante y sus beneficiarios, que cursen en la administración
de justicia o ante autoridades legalmente constituidas. </TD>

<P>Costo del servicio</P>
</DIV></TD>
<TD class=texto vAlign=top width=372 height=53> <P>El valor del
servicio para el <B>Plan corporativo</B> es de <B>$300.000</B>
mensuales (<B>trescientos mil pesos</B>) durante la vigencia
del contrato. </P>
<P>Sin pago de honorarios o viáticos por desplazamiento de abogados
o costos alguno distinto a la cuota mensual que estipula el
contrato.</P></TD>
