</SPAN><SPAN class=texto Estilo1>El <strong>Plan individual preventivo SIP</strong> es un servicio de asesoría jurídica diseñado específicamente para la protección individual de <strong>“ El personal activo de el Ejercito Nacional, Policía Nacional, Fuerza Aérea Colombiana, Armada Nacional, INPEC Y D. A .S ”</strong>. Sus principales características son las siguientes:</SPAN></TD>

<P>Cubrimiento</P></DIV></TD>

height=71 vAlign=top bgColor=#ffffdd class=texto Estilo1>El <B>Plan Individual Preventivo </B>cubre al suscriptor
del contrato y hasta <B>un (1) beneficiario</B> que el usuario
podrá designar a su entera voluntad. <BR>
El
contratante y su beneficiario gozarán de todos los servicios
durante la vigencia del contrato.</TD>

<P> </P>
<P>Defensa jurídica </P></DIV></TD>
<TD width=372 bgColor=#f4f4f4 class=texto Estilo1>SERVIASJUDINET se compromete
a prestar defensa y asesoría legal en los casos en que el contratante
y/o su beneficiario, se involucren en situaciones Jurídicas,
en lo Penal Ordinario y Penal Militar, en Derecho Civil, Contencioso
Administrativo, Comercial, Laboral y de Familia, <B>por hechos
ocurridos a partir de los 30 días siguientes a la fecha de suscripción
del contrato</B>. SERVIASJUDINET designará a un Abogado titulado,
para su defensa y asesoría en todo el territorio nacional. </TD>

<P class="Estilo1">Procesos simultáneos </P></TD>
<TD width=372 bgColor=#f4f4f4 class=texto Estilo1>El <B>Plan
individual preventivo </B>cubre únicamente la defensa y
asesoría hasta un total de <B>tres (3) procesos</B> o trabajos
prejurídicos vigentes al mismo tiempo, sumados entre el
contratante y su beneficiario, que cursen en la administración
de justicia o ante autoridades legalmente constituidas. </TD></TR>

<P>Costo del servicio</P></DIV></TD>

height=47 vAlign=top bgColor=#ffffdd class=texto Estilo1><P>El valor del servicio para el <B>Plan individual
preventivo SIP</B> es de <B>$25.000 </B>(<B>veinticinco mil
pesos</B>) mensuales durante la vigencia del contrato. </P>
<P>Sin pago de honorarios o viáticos por desplazamiento de
abogados o costos alguno distinto a la cuota mensual que
estipula el contrato.<BR></P></TD></TR></TBODY></TABLE>
