un servicio de asesoría jurídica que cubre al contratante y
a sus beneficiarios por hechos ocurridos antes y dentro de la
vigencia del contrato. Sus principales características son las

<P>Cubrimiento</P>

height=69>El <SPAN class=textotres></SPAN><B>Plan preexistencia
</B>cubre al suscriptor del contrato y hasta <B>dos (2) beneficiarios
</B>que el usuario podrá designar a su entera voluntad. <BR>
El contratante y sus beneficiarios gozarán de todos los servicios
durante la vigencia del contrato.</TD>

<P>Defensa jurídica </P>
</DIV></TD>
<TD class=texto width=373 bgColor=#f4f4f4>SERVIASJUDINET se compromete
a prestar defensa y asesoría legal en los casos en que el contratante
y/o sus beneficiarios se involucren en situaciones Jurídicas,
en lo Penal Ordinario y Penal Militar, en Derecho Civil, Contencioso
Administrativo, Comercial, Laboral y de Familia, <B>por hechos
ocurridos antes y dentro de la vigencia del contrato</B>. SERVIASJUDINET
designará a un Abogado titulado, para su defensa y asesoría
en todo el territorio nacional. </TD>

<P align=center>Procesos simultáneos </P></TD>
<TD class=texto width=373 bgColor=#f4f4f4>El <B>Plan preexistencia
SPE </B>cubre únicamente la defensa y asesoría hasta un total
de <B>cuatro (4) procesos</B> o trabajos prejurídicos vigentes
al mismo tiempo, sumados entre el contratante y sus beneficiarios,
que cursen en la administración de justicia o ante autoridades
legalmente constituidas. </TD>

<P>Costo del servicio</P>
</DIV></TD>

height=47><P>El valor del servicio para el <B>Plan preexistencia
</B>es de <B>$40.000</B> (<B>cuarenta mil pesos</B>) mensuales
durante la vigencia del contrato. </P>
<P>Sin pago de honorarios o viáticos por desplazamiento de abogados
o costos alguno distinto a la cuota mensual que estipula el
contrato.<BR>
