                <P>Defensa jurídica </P></DIV></TD>
                <TD width=372 class=texto Estilo1><p align="justify" class="Estilo1">SERVIASJUDINET se compromete a prestar defensa y asesor&iacute;a legal en el caso definido de manera exclusiva en la cláusula 4ta del contrato. Si el contratante desea los servicios en otra área del derecho podrá cambiarse a otro tipo de contrato que tenga mayor cobertura.  </strong> SERVIASJUDINET asignar&aacute; el Abogado, personal t&eacute;cnico, Auditores, peritos y dem&aacute;s funcionarios id&oacute;neos para el cabal cumplimiento del contrato. </p>                </TD>

                <P class="Estilo6">Procesos simultáneos </P></TD>
                <TD width=372 class=texto Estilo1><p align="justify" class="Estilo1">El <strong>Plan LITI </strong>cubre un (1) solo <strong> proceso jur&iacute;dico </strong>hasta su culminaci&oacute;n, entendi&eacute;ndose como tal, la Primera y Segunda Instancia del negocio definido en la cláusula 4ta del contrato.</p>                </TD>

                <P>Costo del servicio</P></DIV></TD>
				<TD width=372 height=47 Align=top class=texto Estilo1 Estilo1><div align="justify">Este contrato no tiene pago de cuotas mensuales y se cobra a título de honorarios el 40% de la resultas del proceso, una vez se haya liquidado y se haya hecho efectivo por parte de la empresa, más de dos salarios mínimos.</div></TD>
