servicio de asesoría jurídica diseñado especialmente para la pequeña
y mediana empresa. Sus principales características son las siguientes:

contrato y a sus beneficiarios. El contratante podrá designar
<B>una cantidad ilimitada de beneficiarios</B> a su entera voluntad.

El contratante y sus beneficiarios gozarán de todos los servicios
durante la vigencia del contrato.</TD>

<P>Defensa jurídica </P>
</DIV></TD>
<TD class=texto width=373>SERVIASJUDINET se compromete a prestar
defensa y asesoría legal en los casos en que el contratante y/o
sus beneficiarios, se involucren en situaciones Jurídicas, en
lo Penal Ordinario y Penal Militar, en Derecho Civil, Contencioso
Administrativo, Comercial, Laboral y de Familia, <B>por hechos
ocurridos antes y dentro de la vigencia del contrato</B>. SERVIASJUDINET
designará a un Abogado titulado, para su defensa y asesoría en
todo el territorio nacional. </TD>

<P align=center>Procesos simultáneos </P></TD>
<TD class=texto width=373>El<B> plan empresarial</B> cubre únicamente
la defensa y asesoría hasta un total de <B>seis (6) procesos</B>
o trabajos prejurídicos vigentes al mismo tiempo, sumados entre
el contratante y sus beneficiarios, que cursen en la administración
de justicia o ante autoridades legalmente constituidas. </TD>

<P>Costo del servicio</P>
</DIV></TD>

mensuales (<B>cien mil pesos</B>) durante la vigencia del contrato.</P></TD>
